1. Researching to open new store.
- Having strategic thinking, analyzing the current business situation, anticipating future development directions, from which setting goals and promoting the achievement of those goals,...
- Research the competitor location in the market.
- Plan for investment to open stores.
- Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, traffic, compare rental fee, products and services to choose new location to open new stores.
2. Open new store project.
- Work closely to related department to complete project of opening new stores.
3. Franchise Network Development.
- Develop and implement franchise strategies.
- Receive information on potential franchisees and proactively contact them for consultation.
- Identify prospective new franchisees, ensure compliance with sales processes; follow the sales processes to approach potential franchisees.
- Consult, provide guidance and information to help them understand franchise system and processes.
- Conduct surveys and research, including market trends and analysis of competitors.
- Work collaboratively with other departments for the implementation and setup of franchise stores.
- Prepare all contracts; follow contracts liquidation and final payment of franchise projects.
4. Franchise Management.
- Liaise between franchises and the Company in all activities.
- Support franchise stores for daily operation: purchase orders, logistics activities, marketing campaigns, forecasting, maintenance of store premises and equipment.
- Ensure franchisees operate in compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Monitor the performance of franchise stores and provide timely support to ensure compliance with Bonchon standardized franchise system.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve arising problems in a timely manner and ensure effective store operation.
- Manage, maintain relationships with existing franchisees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
5. Proposing ideas to improve the work.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in equivalent position.
- Smart, broad understanding about the market and business in F&B field.
- Good knowledge choose the right information to choose the right location to open the stores.
- In-depth understanding of store operations and franchising.
- Good management skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills – both written and verbal, project management skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
